Finding your rewards section

In the left-hand menu of the Driver Companion app, tap on Rewards.

You will find this between:

• Driver Documents
• Reports

Your reward section

In this section, you can see:

• Your active challenges
• Rewards you have earned
• Rewards waiting to be activated

Active challenges

Tap on the Challenges box to see which challenges are currently available to you.

The challenges shown will depend on:

• Your driver capabilities
• Your vehicle type

You will also see:

• Your current progress
• How close you are to completing each challenge

Viewing Challenge Details

Tap on a challenge to see more information.

This screen will show:

• How the challenge works
• What bookings count towards it
• The reward you will receive after completion

Example rewards may include:

• Super Jobs
• Other reward bonuses

Receiving a qualifying booking

When a booking counts towards a challenge, you will see a message above the Accept / Reject section.

This message will show:

• Which challenge the booking relates to
• Your current progress towards completing the challenge

After accepting the booking, the app will continue to show that the booking counts towards your challenge progress.

After Completing the Booking

Once the booking has been completed, your Rewards section will update automatically.

You will then be able to see:

• Updated challenge progress
• Newly completed challenges
• Any rewards earned

Completing a challenge

When you successfully complete a challenge, you will see a New Reward Earned message after finishing the booking.

You can then go to the Rewards section to activate your reward.

Activating a Super Job Reward

This screen shows:

• Your available reward
• Any conditions attached to the reward

To activate the reward:

• Swipe the bar at the bottom of the screen

Once activated, the reward will disappear from this section.

Some rewards may have a time limit for activation. If a reward is not activated before the time limit, it will be lost.

After activating a reward, an icon will appear at the bottom of your screen.

This icon shows:

• That a Super Job is active
• How many active Super Jobs you currently have
